First step

As the festivities end it is time to tackle the first step for this year – your fridge. We all know it has seen better days and now more than ever needs some TLC so it can serve you well and provide good sustenance. Remove any leftover food that expired and clean up mess to make room for more vegetables and other healthy foods you may crave – your body will thank you later.
